As Global Head of Search and Evaluation for GSK Consumer Healthcare, Rob focuses on establishing partnerships, growing the innovation pipeline and converting those opportunities into product launches. Previously, Rob built a successful investment track record in private equity, where he identified, built and managed a portfolio of high-growth private companies for 20 years. He has served on many Boards of Directors, overseeing policies and resources to drive long-term growth strategies. Rob holds an HBA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA (Valedictorian) from New York University.

JOSEPH KIELY PHD
Joe seeks and evaluates new and differentiated innovations in consumer pain relief. These may include new excipients, modes of action, different treatment modalities, delivery systems and other breakthroughs in OTC analgesia. Joe earned his PhD in Food Microbiology & Safety from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Prior to joining GSK Consumer Healthcare, Joe was the Director of Search & Evaluation for Novartis OTC. "There are lots of exciting innovations going on around the world—we’re open to exploring them and creating new partnerships to continually serve people’s evolving health needs."

Clotilde seeks and evaluates new technology opportunities for GSK Consumer Healthcare’s Respiratory Category. She brings 15 years of experience integrating R&D, marketing, regulatory, IP, consumer insights and trends analyses into tangible innovation. Clotilde holds a first degree in Pharmacy from Montpellier University, a food industry engineer diploma from Marseille and a PhD in Information and Communication Sciences from Paris II University. Over the course of her career, she has enjoyed sharing her expertise with others.

Her goal: building collaborative relationships toward creating breakthrough oral health innovations that can improve people’s lives. Kate has 15+ years’ experience in consumer healthcare product R&D and holds a BSc (Honors) and PhD in Chemistry from University of Sheffield.

Mike has more than 20 years of diverse industry experience, beginning as an analytical chemist in the pharmaceutical industry before moving into intelligence and landscaping roles supporting R&D and Business Development in specialty chemicals and consumer healthcare. Mike previously worked at Novartis, Schering-Plough and Honeywell. He has a BS in Chemistry from Manhattan College and an MLIS degree from Rutgers University.
